I understand and relate to my clients challenges because I have faced many challenges in my own life. I come from a working class background and am blessed to be doing this work. There have been tragedies and adversity in my life. I am grateful for the education and the opportunities I have received and have never forgotten where I have come from. Service has become a lost art. It is as simple as returning every phone call and emails the same day and communicating the status of a case in ways a client can understand. I have always loved the opportunity to provide a valuable service at a time when someone needs it the most.
