I spent 16 years as a data analyst in Public Health research and recently started a business pursuing my other passions to help people declutter and organize. From a very early age, I discovered the key to maximizing my focus and energy was to first clear out distractions from my external space. Just the act of reviewing and removing unnecessary items and tidying up the rest gave me clarity and confidence that I could use to move into whatever was next.
On a grand scale, there is too much outside of our control, but when we seek peace and clarity within ourselves and immediate surroundings -especially within our homes- the affects percolate to our families, communities, and beyond. To me, this is impact.
