Transformations Fitness stands out because of my experience as a coach and student. I love learning about the fields of exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition and human psychology. More importantly, I genuinely love to connect with people and work towards improving their lives in some way. This is what drives me to keep improving as a coach.
I have a unique approach to fitness training that I've borrowed from various sources throughout my life (e.g., personal experience in collegiate athletics, a multitude of internships, B.S and M.S. in Exercise Science, working various research labs).
In regards to nutrition, I can tell you several things right now so you can get an idea for my philosophy. I don't believe there are "bad" and "good" foods. The same concept can be applied to diets. My focus with coaching nutrition is to figure out what works for you, specifically. Do I believe that everyone needs to eat breakfast? Absolutely not. Should you really eat every 2-3 hours to "elevate metabolism"? Well, if it's impossible to eat all those meals while you're at work, then why set yourself up for failure?
Give it a shot: you'll feel better, empowered, stronger, and fitter in a short matter of time.
