I train clients with a straight-forward approch and traditional style, using principles from bodybuilding, power lifting, calisthenics with pilates and yoga. Kettlebells, bands, bodyweight movements, balls, barbells, and dumbbells are all used to burn fat, build muscle tone, strengthen the total body, and condition the core.
Good form is paramount.
Ladies fear not. You need relative resistance to burn fat.
