Welcome! Coach Bennie and Coach Daphne here. We are a husband-wife team and founders of Alpha Sports Performance. Together we have over 35 years of experience training in sport and athletics, weight loss, integrated fitness, and post-rehabilitation. We love what we do!
It's important for us as leaders in our industry to strive for excellence. We understand clients search us out because they have a need, and we make sure to meet that need by offering solutions that deliver results. This is crucial because much of the training industry is tainted by weight loss fads, misguided information, and uneducated trainers that leave people injured and frustrated. But at Alpha Sports Performance we focus on delivering training methods that are current and backed by science in order to ensure our clients' safety and success.
Our goal is to provide education by teaching proper technique and body mechanics, utilizing corrective exercises, and providing the most effective programming method in the industry.
