When I ask my clients why they chose me and they continue to stay with me I seem to hear the same thing. They look forward to their workouts because it's never the same, they always laugh, and I'm extremely understanding of their needs. They also say they appreciate the fact that if they need to cancel I make my best effort to reschedule them for another day or time and somehow I always manage to fit them in.
