As a trainer and yoga instructor, I focus on functional movements, form, and postural alignment. Core strength, balance, and efficient movement is vital to improving your function in any activity you do. Whether or not you are a weekend warrior, recovering from injury, or someone who wants to get into shape, I will guide you to reach your health and fitness goals.
As a massage therapist, I help you restore postural balance and move more efficiently in your body. He takes a holistic approach to treatment by identifying root causes of dysfunction instead of just working on the area of pain. Naushad offers a variety of techniques including clinical deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, PNF stretching, and Shiatsu.
I find it extremely gratifying to help others live healthier, happier, and free from injury.

Naushad is passionate about helping you feel more vitality and confidence in your body. His experiences with life changing injuries through competitive sports led him on a path of discovering our own capacities to recover and be resilient. Over the last decade, he has helped people improve their health in a variety of settings such as physical therapy clinics, gyms, workplaces, and yoga studios. As a health coach, he helps you identify and move beyond obstacles to making diet and lifestyle changes. As a mind-body coach and therapist, he blends functional strength, yoga, bodywork, and meditation practices. He has certifications in holistic lifestyle coaching (CHEK Institute), fitness (GMB), corrective exercise (NASM), yoga (RYT-200), and massage therapy (CAMTC).
