First, 26+ years experience.

Second, my age! I turned 56 this last March, GULP. Honestly I have never felt better. We have immense control as to how we age. Grab the bull by the horns, start living like you want to live not how this world tells you!

Third, would be my approach that each person is completely unique and incredibly complex. Bio Individuality is never so evident than in Health, Fitness and especially nutrition. What works for one client will not work for another. Tailoring a program that fits seamlessly into a clients life and walking with them through the process is what sets me apart.
