I went on hiatus due to COVID, but now I am reopening!

I like to train my clients according to their goals, whether it be for weight loss, strength gains, endurance, to build muscle mass, overall health, or whatever it may be. I teach them how to focus on key areas of the body all in a way where they can continue training on their own in the future without spending lots of money. I will make sure you get the full attention you need and the information/tools to back it up.

I am an ACE certified trainer with a personal history in powerlifting/strongman and weight loss training. I was personally trained by a nationally ranked lifter, so much of my knowledge is through his teachings and my personal experience. I received 1st place in the 2014 Women's Division at a local strongman competition, 2nd in the 2016 Bearskin Strongman Competition in Oklahoma, 4th in the 2017 Veterans Day Strongman Challenge in Kansas City (USS sanctioned), am a sponsored athlete for EPN Nutrition, and currently continue to program myself to build strength and maintain a lean body.

My goal is not to turn anyone into a powerlifter, Olympic lifter, bodybuilder, etc. (unless they want to), but to train them to accomplish their own personal goals while building strength, so they stay healthy in the long run. I have trained athletes, people for military and police assessments, helped rehab prior injuries, trained postnatal women, those battling obesity, people with spinal issues, asthmatics, men and women, young and old, and so on...

Coming from a time where I was once over 200 lbs, I understand how it can be hard to display true confidence in yourself. I am now stronger and more confident than ever, and I am wanting to share knowledge and help others achieve their own personal goals they thought were out of reach, one-on-one, in a non-judgmental, unique environment!
