I tailor each client's fitness plan to them. I consider each client's fitness level, lifestyle, likes/dislikes, personal goals, and any contraindications when creating a customized fitness routine. I have a lot of experience working with joint pain, injuries, and spinal fusions and not only can I modify exercises to accommodate these things but I prescribe specific exercises to reverse the movement compensations that pain and surgery cause. I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level because I have found that makes clients more likely to stick to a new routine and see better results. Nutrition is also a passion of mine and as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist I coach better eating habits, give advice on nutritious food, and help with meal planning and recipes.
