Unlike the majority of Personal Trainers you will find I have both a Bachelor's and Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. I’ve dedicated over a decade to Personal Training so I may provide an unparalleled quality of service for my clients.

I’ve worked with almost every type of population over the last 12 years as a trainer. I am also the only personal trainer on Thumbtack with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and my level of service supports my education and background in the field.

I’ve worked within large health clubs throughout my career and have recently started my own personal training business after building a solid foundation of wonderful clientele.
