The program will be based on how off tend you would want to see me in a week. Before we start your fitness program, there will be a free fitness assessment that comes with it to see what your goals are, measurement, and overhead squat assessment( ask for more information if you want to know in detail what that is), and a quick 15 to 20 mins workout. To see if training with me would benefit you. I do have a referral program. This gives cilents the opportunity to earn free sessions.
