We provide private personal training without the intimidation of the gym atmosphere. We are family owned and operated. Head trainer, Jake, has his degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Our private personal training studio is located in Grand Rapids off 4 Mile Road.

We enjoy helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. Our clients truly do achieve the results they are looking for. Our success is based off the success of our clients. We educate, motivate and inform our clients and keep each session fun and entertaining.
