Hi my name is Travis Avery. I am determined to help the client meet their goals through many different methods of training for their fitness level and lifestyle. I train all ages from 14-75 and hold a bachelor's degree in kinesiology , strength and conditioning certification, corrective exercise certification, west side barbell special strength certification, and I also do nutrition; Macro dieting, mindful eating, reverse dieting, and healthy eating promotion are a couple of techniques I like to use .
