Hannah is an energetic personable trainer who is dedicated to helping clients successfully reach their health and fitness goals. Her training is geared towards weight loss, muscle toning, and muscle building while emphasizing overall health and fitness. She enjoys practicing bodybuilding, powerlifting, hot yoga, pilates, and meditation. She has experience teaching TRX, Bosu Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates , Meditation, and Strength Training. She has taught Strength Training classes for seniors and has had many senior clients. She is also a Yin Yoga certified instructor. Hannah holds a Personal Trainer certification from NASM and a Health Coach certification from ACE, and a Licensed Vocational Nurse license from Licensed Vocational Board of Nursing.
