I developed a training method that combines principles found in Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Yoga and Traditional Strength Training in order to produce individually tailor programs and group boot camps that are meant to deliver faster results without demanding drastic lifestyle changes from my clients
I specialize in several types of clients--those who need to obtain a particular look/hit a certain weight within a short period of time (fighters, actors, models) as well as those who are pressed for time when it comes to their training needs (career driven professionals, frequent travels). I have also developed programs for those who wanted improvement in their functional performance or wanted to learn advanced moves like muscles-ups and front levers.
A section of my practice also focuses on rehabilitation of sport specific injuries, primarily focusing on the knee and the elbow.
