I’m certified in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and hold specializations in weight loss, corrective exercise, youth exercise, and senior fitness. Fitness has had a profound impact on my life the past 13 years. I’ve worked in big box gyms such as Equinox(Tier 2 Trainer) and Blink Fitness where I’ve enjoyed spending more than 5 years coaching people build practices that lead to improved health, body composition, and/or performance to change lives for the better. All workout programs for my clients are customized and results-oriented with nutritional guidance based on their individual fitness goals. Since I’m not a registered dietician, I won’t prescribe specific meal plans and instead help form habits and change behaviors.
