? NUTRITION:
Through the hand portion system, you will learn how to fuel your body without having to count calories or log everything you eat. This will teach you what your body actually needs & how to make food choices in all moments of life without depending on a food tracking app to tell you. This is a great stepping stone to lead to intuitive eating - but first, we must learn!
Inside my programs, nourishing your body comes first, physical/weight loss goals comes second. This means we will be focusing on a diet of nutrient dense & minimally processed foods. Health is well beyond just calories.

There are many ways you can exercise but what matters most is that moving your body is a daily habit. We will create the exercise routine best for you, your goals, and interests - whether that's a full gym plan, home workouts, or daily walks!
