I specialize in changing body composition. That is losing body fat and gaining muscle to change your physique.
I take pride in my ability to coach my clients to LONG LASTING RESULTS. I have a specific method and set of values that I teach by.
1.) We focus on STRENGTH. I want you to be strong! This doesn’t mean you have to be a powerlifter. It means that when you work with me you will notice everything else you do in life will be easier. From carrying groceries, going up stairs, playing with the kids or the dogs, going for hikes. Everything will feel better.
2.) Your FOUNDATION. You will not be able to stay injury free or continue to get stronger if you are not solid with your technique. Which leads me to number 3.
3.) Train AROUND INJURIES. Injuries happen. It makes no sense to try and “suck it up” and push through the pain with an exercise that makes it worse, when there can be a different exercise that can give a better result without the stress on the issue.
4.) We train for PERFORMANCE goals! This is key for long lasting success. If we are consistently improving with our performance and eating according to our goal, you will change your body composition as a byproduct of that!
5.) Lastly, we EAT ACCORDING TO OUR GOALS! The work that we do in the gym will be hindered if we are not eating and recovering properly. I will teach you how to eat and plan for your goals.
