Hello ? My name is Jordan Tank, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE (American Council on Exercise).
I am also a published fitness writer and serve on the health and fitness advisory board for lifehack, an online media site with over 5 million monthly readers!
The number one thing that I want to convey about me and how I work is that I believe chiefly in personal relations.
I want to get to know you and not only train you, but be a valuable person in your life that you can trust and go to with questions as you go along in your health and fitness journey.
In the years I've spent training I have learned that oftentimes I may be the only person in your corner who is actively helping and encouraging you to get your health in order. Understanding that, I really believe it is vital to be there for you and know you (and let you know me) so that you can feel confident that you have at least one person rooting you on!
As far as my training style goes, I focus on the following:
1. customized workouts to meet you where you are in your fitness journey.
2. mobility programs to help you loosen up and just feel better
3. nutritional guidance centered around learning to balance eating healthy while still enjoying the foods you love
