I started my journey to become a personal trainer in high school and followed that path to now. I’ve been training for over 17 years with a B.S. in exercise science. I am ACSM exercise physiologist certified, NASM certified Nutritionist and a corrective exercise specialist. My skill set lay most in being a CHEK Practitioner where I work with clients with a holistic approach in all aspects of health and fitness.
