I am currently a Personal Training Director for the most successful corporate gyms in the nation. I have over 10 years of experience and transformed over thousands of clients in the safest manner and most timely fashion. I just moved to the area from the east coast and would like to help people who would like to take their health and fitness to the next level! Fitness is a passion of mine and would like to pass on the knowledge and education to whoever else needs a change in their life. I am very flexible with pricing and will work with budgets since we are going through a pandemic! I also have a free facility that is easily accessible for the majority of the day.
