I offer MONTHLY workout programs in which clients pay once a month. For $150 a month, I offer:

- Reference videos for accuracy & form
- Weekly updates based on your progress
- Unlimited Q&A on health/fitness info
- Video based feedback
What does this mean? For $150/month, you're entitled to up to 4 sessions each week, with full online guidance from myself. That's an average of just $10 a session!

Who am I?
I'm a competitive powerlifter, former competitive tennis player, recreational bodybuilder, health & fitness enthusiast, and online personal trainer.
Unlike other personal trainers, I will treat your fitness goals as if they are my own. Having had the pleasure of competing and placing in powerlifting meets, I've learned so many valuable lessons in my lifting career. I've spent years learning from mistakes, correcting issues, and refining my training to be able to achieve my goals in the most efficient way possible. I am also grateful to have trained with some of the top powerlifters in the world. I will use everything I've learned and combine it with new research to ensure that you too can achieve your goals safely and properly.
Although I specialize in strength training, I love working with all types of clients - people looking to lose weight, get stronger, get toned, prepare for weddings/summer events, or simply feel better about themselves. Whatever it is you need, I'll work hard with you to achieve it.
