Learning the basics of working out is difficult. You can workout in a variety of different ways, but not all workouts are created equal. Sometimes it helps to have someone teach you which workouts are effective. Programming workouts need to cater to your needs. In my opinion one on one training is a huge advantage. It allows us to focus solely on you without distractions. On top of that you have someone that will hold you accountable for your training and make sure you do everything correctly and safely. You do not need to go to the gym several times a day to see progress. Quality gym time is better than quantity. We need to change the conversation of fitness and actualy start training people in practical ways. I know that you may not have all the time in the world to workout, but you can definetly acheive your goals effectively by working hard with the time you do have in the gym. My goal is to make sure that we hit your goals and you never need another trainee again :)
