I have been a trainer for 8 years now. I have had the pleasure of helping a variety of individuals; from people needing to lose weight for medical purposes to athletes looking to set state records and compete at a high level. If there is a medical issue you need to work around, if you want to lose weight, or if you want to improve your physical performance for competition I can help you!
I believe my educational background and mentorship from numerous professors and trainers has well equipped me to be flexible and creative in my approach to training different people.
I spare no effort in making sure that people get the most out of their experience when training with me. I treat our sessions not like a series of exercises I am instructing you to do but I have you engage in the workout to create a deeper understanding why we are doing what we are doing. Education has had a huge impact on me as a trainer and I want to share it with you during your sessions. I want you to leave each training session having learned something new.
With some dedication, you can obtain your fitness goals! It may take some hard work and patience but if you would like someone to help you along the way I would be more than happy to be there to help you as you meet those goals.
