About

I'm doing this as a passion vs. it being my career, so I'm not your typical "eat-drink-sleep-play" fitness type of trainer or coach, but that doesn't mean I'm not passionate about health or fitness or good at what I do. We all need balance. Most of what I know has been self-taught or acquired over 11 years or so of figuring out how to develop & maintain an active and healthy lifestyle (while also utilizing multiple trainers myself) outside of a busy schedule & demanding career that involves me sitting in front of a computer screen for hours at a time.

So if you're looking for the most qualified trainer or fitness coach--I'll never be that. But if you're looking for a relatable, energetic, motivated, affordable, non-intimidating (either virtual or in person) fitness coach/trainer who can help you get RESULTS while catering to your needs and schedule, let's give things a try. My over a decade of experience working for companies like Google, IBM and large financial institutions has given me a more relatable perspective when it comes to finding a healthy balance outside of a 9-5.

Regardless of what you're struggling with health or fitness related, let's talk about it and I'll develop a plan that works for you (including, but not limited to various activities & healthy recipes and substitutes for meals you love that are hard to kick).

I have a home gym in the Indian Land/Fort Mill area with plenty of equipment or I'm happy to also meet you in a park or come to your home and bring various/more portable equipment with me each time. I also have kickboxing equipment and played college volleyball so I can always change it up too if you're looking to do a range of activities and change your sessions up each time. Let's do what's best for you and start a new journey together!
