I take a minimalist approach to training and fitness that doesn't require gym access or loads of time and equipment. I've worked as a clinician, a trainer and a health coach for clients from all walks of life, from athletes to busy parents, rehabilitation and chronic health patients. From the preventative side, injury risk reduction is a passion of mine.
Meditation and Mindfulness: I trained under a Zen monk for 4.5 years as part of my marital arts training. I have maintained a daily meditation practice for over 15 years.
