Hi, my name is Haley Anne, I'm a NASM certified personal trainer that provides private studio training at Blinn Fitness in the WOODINVILLE/BOTHELL area of Washington state. I have been a personal trainer for over 3 years and a lifelong athlete. My focus is on strength and endurance building as well as developing a positive mindset and mental wellness. I also have a focus on form and function, if you have injuries or pain issues, we can develop a plan that works around these trouble spots to help you achieve your goals.
