Hello!? My name is Ana and I’m a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I have 4 years of experience lifting weights, 2 years of being a personal trainer, and a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Science. I have been through every diet possible attempting to lose weight and I have gone through every injury in the book due to incorrect form. I dont want to see others go through the same mistakes I went through! So I’m here to teach clients how to eat their favorite meals while burning fat and/or gaining muscle and learning how to go through movements correctly.
