As a fitness trainer, stretch therapist, NPC Competitor, athlete, coach, and a family man - I have the personal experience and knowledge of getting and staying in optimal shape in all stages of life.
In regards to massage therapy I am certified through national association of sports medicine, national certification board for therapeutic massage and bodywork, and American council of exercise. The massage therapy I specialize in is Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching which improves range of motion and flexibility. Not only have I worked with athletes but I work specifically with clients who are recovering from injuries.
Being completely present in the moment is how we find and keep success in all areas of life. The confidence we gain when we reach goals is contagious, addicting, and priceless.
