About Me: Growing up, I wasn't a very physically active kid. I was an introverted child, who stayed inside the house and played video games. During my teenage years, I began to experiment with the gym, and would go during random hours/days of the week, but never fully invested my time into it. As I began my college years, I was exploring for majors that would benefit my aspirations for medical school, which is when I discovered kinesiology. Kinesiology is the composition of one's physiological, biological and biomechanical mechanisms and principles of movement. The study of this introduced me to muscles, anatomy, and physical activity. These courses sparked my interest for exercise, which is when I began to implement my newfound knowledge into my workout routines. I found myself becoming stronger, healthier and happier.
As I continued to exercise and learn, I became more passionate about fitness. I began to express this passion by sharing my knowledge with friends. I've taught friends and family about fitness as they accompanied me in the gym. Over time, I began to notice those I taught experiencing the same benefits that I did. I received much gratitude from those I had helped, and also noticed an internal sense of contentment. This is when I realized, I wanted to share this with others as well.

From personal experience, I'm aware that stepping foot into a gym is overwhelming and finding time to exercise is difficult to arrange around a busy schedule. No individual's body is the same, and everyone has their own accommodations and goals. People's intentions range from increasing flexibility, losing/gaining weight, increasing strength, health maintenance, and so forth. As a personal trainer, it's important to take these into consideration and implement them into creating the most personalized program that accommodates your needs. Regardless of who you are and the goals you possess, with the proper guidance and coaching, I'm sure that anything is attainable.
There are many personal trainers available at your fingertips, but what sets me apart from other trainers is my passion, determination and the diversity of my knowledge. With my experience as an EMT, and my background in kinesiology and biological science, I've acquired an anatomical, physiological and mechanical understanding of exercise. Through the combination of my education and my experience in fitness, i'm sure that I can provide a service above and beyond your expectations. Let's endure this journey together!

In my free time, I enjoy creating music with my friends, playing basketball, traveling, going to concerts, exploring new restaurants and hiking! I also love cats, and have two of my own!
