I have a passion for fitness and am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have always preferred working out outside rather than in a gym with my main focus being on body weight and calisthenics. I enjoy creating fun and unique workouts that challenge your body and mind. My approach is to maximize your time (we are all very busy) and ability to maintain a fitness routine even without access to a gym or expensive equipment. I've developed workouts that you can do from the comfort of your apartment and all you need is a yoga mats worth of space. My goal is to work with the space and resources you have to create ways of building stamina, hypertrophy, consistent fat burn, and overall power increase. I am comfortable meeting clients where they are at and enjoy working with individuals at whatever stage they are at in their fitness journey.
