Hello my name is David. I’m married to the love of my life and have 2 girls and a boy on the way. I have always worked to support my family and if there is one thing I know for sure it’s fitness. I have been a certified trainer for 12 years now, worked for multiple gyms and have always seemed to work my way back around to being a trainer because it’s something I love and I want everyone else to love just as much as I do.
When I started my journey in fitness I was 100lbs of skin and bones. I made the gym a life changing decision and stuck to it ever since. I trained to gain muscle and worked out like a body builder for many years. Getting older and having injuries you adjust the workout routine to suit you and your body. It’s important to listen to your body. There are different movements to still accomplish your goals without the pain. If you prefer a female trainer, I would pass you along to my wife for pregnancy fitness, weight loss or group training.
We currently train in Reps&Sets Gym in Adairsville. We offer training in our home gym or your personal gym space, outside, or online.

Meal Plans $100
We will help you set up an app to track your intake and guide you through diet changes. We will monitor your body's response and adjust as needed.
Group session pricing depends how many people in the group and how many times a week.
