Hi! My name is Chris and I’m a certified personal trainer offering remote training and in-person sessions in the Boston area. I have 8 years of professional coaching experience with over 7,000 client sessions completed.

Training is an evolving science and I want you to join me on the cutting edge. Together we’ll build a training and lifestyle plan guided by research, grounded in years of coaching experience and tailored to YOU.

I’ve worked in conjunction with physical therapists to manage chronic pain and injuries, pushed high school and collegiate athletes to peak performance and trained a lot of people into new wardrobes. I’m proud of all these things but most proud of seeing the change in what people think is possible for themselves and their body.
