As an Online Female Fitness Nutrition Coach; I underwent my very own major body transformation! And I am on a mission to empower women to become Fit and Confident in their skin at any age!

As a woman of 42, I understand firsthand the struggles with staying in shape as we get older as our bodies and lives evolve. For all you women out there, I empathize with the frustration of “on-again off-again” training plans & fad diets. At Activate HER FiT, the focus is to curate a program specifically tailored to you, the beautifully complex in her lifestyle: woman.
