My focus is improving strength and Durability. I am very adamant about making sure form, posture, technique, and mechanics are performed right. I specialize in knee, back, glutes and lower core strengthening excercises. I am currently studying through the NASM program to become a certified Fitness Professional, but I’ve be weight lifting and doing strength & conditioning for almost all of my life. I am not certified yet, but I’m eager and determined to help people meet their fitness goals. I’m passionate about making others knowledgeable about fitness.
