I have spent the last 15 years in the fitness industry and am truly passionate about helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science along with a Diploma in Personal Fitness and additional certifications in Advanced Personal Training. Since becoming a personal trainer in 2008, I have gradually incorporated the knowledge I've gained over the years and applied it to my own exercise regime to exemplify what I teach, and to deliver an integrated training experience to my clients.
My style of training incorporates a mixture of strength training, resistance, conditioning, flexibility, balance, plyometrics, endurance, and sport-specific training. Every program is personalized and designed to challenge you and help you achieve maximum potential. I put a big emphasis on proper form and technique, as it is absolutely essential to preventing injuries. I also focus on rehabilitation and work with clients who are recovering from injuries or post-surgery.
For me, fitness is about making positive changes and improving your overall quality of life. I believe that mental strength is just as important as physical strength; our body and mind share a close connection, which I love helping my clients develop. My only goal is to see my clients reach their destination, look and feel their best, and help them reach a state of self-appreciation and confidence so they can achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle.
