I have been personal training for 5 plus years and worked personally with Dorian Yates (Mr Olympia). My focus is 1-1 training. I love helping clients reach their personal goals. I help with diet and exercise. I love to give clients the foundation of proper weight training that they can utilize for the rest of their life. I train many different methods including but not limited to traditional free weights, strength and conditioning, HIT,cardio, Pilates and many more methods.
