Like a lot of you, during quarantine I saw my activity and mood levels decline. It didn't sit well with me and I began dissecting physical fitness to understand how my body's movement influenced my everyday activities.
Since then, I've become certified in personal training where I learned the basics of periodization programming. This is very critical for success.
I've also be certified in pain free movement, a steady progression in fundamental movements/exercises to fit your needs. This progression coupled with a strategic periodization plan are my focus.
These two factors I use to create specific programs for your needs. They take into account your personal background, fitness level, and goals!
