My passions is helping others find confidence and joy in who they are! I know from personal experience - physical health and wellness are obviously important. But I truly believe it is so much more than that. It affects our mental health too. It gives us confidence, gives us something to work for.

I specialize in physique and aesthetics training, as well as strength. This means I want my clients to look and feel good. I want them to have the confidence they maybe never had. I want them to be proud of themselves and love how they look. It involves Olympic style power lifting and muscle confusion (bringing something new to the table every time).
