With my background in exercise science and 9 years of training experience as a weight loss specialist, I will create a customized program for you that tailors to your schedule and will maximize your success.
I also offer nutritional guidance that will show you how to achieve your dream body without any food restrictions. I will build you a meal plan that will include all the foods you love and update it weekly for you.
Lastly, I provide 24/7 accountability, to help you get through tough times and challenges in your fitness journey.
I offer 3 month and 6 month packages with weekly zoom accountability calls. My program cost varies depending on how many months you sign up for and if you are paying in full or doing monthly payments. Discounts are offered for paid in full services. If client chooses to continue month to month, they will get a discount for continuing their services. Program pricing can be modified if client is not interested in the nutrition aspect of coaching or if they would rather do biweekly calls instead of weekly. See program pricing below:
3 months w/weekly calls:
Paid in full: $900 total
Monthly: $350/month
6 months w/weekly calls
Paid in full: $1500 total
Monthly: $300/month
Cancellation Policy: Clients will be charged every 4 weeks until the completion of their program length. If clients wishes to cancel early, they are required to pay half of the remaining months of program since programs are built ahead of time (example: client signs up for 6 months with monthly payment plan and quits on month 3. The remaining balance for the program would be $750, so the client will be charged $350 to cancel program). Once clients completes program, programs will continue on a month to month basis until a cancellation notice is given. Cancellations can be placed by emailing or by sending a written text.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not given once program has been created and given to client.
