My name is Brandon Gant. My goal is to not only train and teach my clients how to move better, but educate them at the same time.

I take the extra steps needed to make sure our clients understand exactly what the proper kinematics to each movement is.

Everything starts with an assessment. We go through a series of orthopedic measurements that allows us to collect the appropriate data needed so we can design specific programs that are tailored to our clients exact needs. It doesn’t matter if you’re a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, we approach everyone the same way with the end goal is to improve the function and health of our clients.
