About

I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, with more than 15 years of fitness coaching experience. I offer IN-PERSON, private and semi-private training and hybrid (in person with virtual). I train, exclusively, out of a private gym in the Laurel/Beltsville area. Please ONLY reach out if you can travel.

Our Life Coaching services are now live. I am also an ICF-trained life coach with an additional certification from Transformation Academy. Life Coaching can be looked at as personal training outside of the gym and my goal is to help you maximize your potential. All sessions are virtual for life coaching.
