Hi there! I’m so glad to take you here at this place because that means you’re looking to change your life and that’s my first passion on life. I’m 25 years old and started in the training world around 10 years ago. I am currently personal trainer, fitness coach and indoor cycling instructor, considering myself a hard worker. I have experienced different change throughout my life, I suffered from anorexia then unhealthy weight gain and i overcome every step with my physical and internal strength.

Dedicated since 2021 to being face to face trainer in gyms and online for distance members.
