My name is Lex and I'm a personal trainer dedicated to helping you reach your health, wellness, and fitness goals. Whether it's for the aesthetic, performance, or both, I will safely and effectively craft a program to fit your unique needs.

As a former Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force, I was responsible for keeping my troops fit to fight, develop resiliency, and overcome obstacles. I will do the same for you.

I specialize in weight training, high intensity and explosive training, nutrition, post workout recovery, and self defense.
