I’m a self-driven individual that is forever healing my inner battles of eating disorders; body dysmorhpia; severe panic disorder; endometriosis and fertility.

It all started when i was 10 and the world weighed heavy on how i perceived myself. Youth sports, hormones and the internet lead me to a difficult relationship with food and the mirror. I soon grew tired of not understanding the WHY behind how my body was fighting against me and from there my passion for health and wellness began. To this day I am dedicated to learning how to optimize women’s health with strength training, nutrition and coaching you way through the ups and downs.
