I have experience with weight loss, strength gain, and healthy weight gain. I've worked with ages from 14 to 88 years old. I'm very knowledgeable about diabetes, eating disorders, celiac disease, and arthritis/joint problems.
I understand that everyone has different goals and a different history. I love tailoring exercise and nutrition programs to fit the clients' specific goals and lifestyles.
I started personal training because I wanted to see everyone in the best shape of their lives. Then I had a client tell me the back pain they've had for the past 20 years has completely gone away. A man in his 80s could push his recliner down again and get up off the floor without help. A man in his 40s said the top number of his blood pressure went from 180 down to 140, and he could sleep through the night now. Losing weight is one great side effect of working out - but it's only one. Improved sleep, energy, bone density, less money on pain meds...the list goes on.
