About

The Truth

Your pain and discomfort aren’t random — they’re the result of maladaptive movement patterns and poor habits built up over time.

Stretching tight muscles won’t fix the real problem. Stretching alone only gives you temporary relief. What your body truly needs is stability, control, and strength.

You can’t foam roll your way out of weakness and dysfunction. If you want lasting results, you have to put in the work — there’s no way around it.

If your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight mode, no mobility drill or flexibility hack will stick.

Your symptoms will keep coming back if you keep outsourcing your healing. Massage and adjustments are valuable tools, but they’re not the solution.

If you don’t make time for your physical health now, you’ll be forced to later — and later won’t always be on your terms.

Just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal or healthy. Morning back pain and tight hips are typical, but they’re not optimal.

Healing isn’t passive — it’s proactive. It takes responsibility, accountability, and consistency. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline creates real, lasting change.

If you are struggling to move your best, you are in the right place. Im a stretch mobility coach based in north Austin. I follow the SMC methodology.

My years of experience working in the rehab world of physical therapy, a personal trainer and a LENS practitioner have helped evolve my understanding. I have a comprehensive approach to the human body and all the different elements that need to be apart of the wellness journey to optimize your movement for good. Send me a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP to start your wellness.
