Hi everyone! My name is Jamie and I began my coaching and personal training journey in the CrossFit space 8 years ago (2017) when I co-founded a local affiliate here in town.

I'm passionate about helping people reach their individual goals, quality movement and I genuinely care about the holistic health of a person (mind, body, spirit). I'm also a huge advocate of having fun with my clients too!
