I work as a fitness trainer incorporating a mind and body approach by integrating mindfulness and fitness. I have worked with clients with goals ranging from weight loss, strengthening, stress reduction and overall health and well-being. I as well have supported clients in healing back and knee problems as well as sciatica, neck problems and other alignments. I use many approaches to help clients reach their goals such as aerobics, pilates, yoga, plyometric training and circuit training to mention a few.
